A Maple Grove Community MealAt 6 PM on the last Friday of each month we open our doors for the congregation and community to come together in Fellowship Hall for good food and fellowship. Each month it takes about 30 volunteers to prepare, serve and clean up after dinner. Each month we set up enough tables and chairs to serve 80 dinner guests. We hope you'll join us as a guest, a volunteer or both! Just show up to eat, no reservations needed.

Are We Ready? Disaster Readiness Lunch-and-Learn on Sunday February 2

Join us after worship, 11:15 AM to 1 PM in Fellowship Hall.
Did you know the United Methodist Church sees local churches and their congregations as critical responders to natural or human-caused disasters? It is in our DNA to to alleviate suffering and serve as a source of help and hope for the vulnerable. Churches can better provide a caring Christian response to local disasters if they have prepared their church families and facility before disaster occurs. Join us on February 2 and learn how to prepare ourselves, our households and others before and immediately after a disaster strikes. This session is part of UMCOR’s Connecting Neighbors program and will be led by Tom Clinch, Disaster Response Coordinator from the West Ohio Conference.
